送給家長的話

一、因材施教。

正如沒有完全相同的兩片樹葉一樣，世界上也沒有完全相同的兩個(gè)孩子，即使是孿生的兄弟姐妹，也往往有著截然不同的性格。

所以，與學(xué)校教育一樣，因材施教，在家庭教育中也是很重要的。心理學(xué)范疇中，把人的氣質(zhì)分為四種：膽汁質(zhì)、多血質(zhì)、黏液質(zhì)、抑郁質(zhì)，不同性格、氣質(zhì)的孩子，他們所適應(yīng)的教育方式也不一樣。同樣的教育方法，在這個(gè)孩子身上取得了成功，用在另一個(gè)孩子身上，不見得有同樣的效果。所以家長在選擇教育方式的時(shí)候，是很有必要先對孩子的性格做個(gè)詳盡的分析的。一些家長常常把別人成功的教子經(jīng)驗(yàn)不加分析地一古腦照搬過來，用在自己孩子的身上，卻發(fā)現(xiàn)那并不是金科玉律，自己的孩子并沒有像別人的子女一樣取得成功。所以，再神奇的教育方法，家長們在使用之前，也應(yīng)該做個(gè)甄別。要記�。哼m用的才是最好的。

二、學(xué)會欣賞孩子。

家長們在評價(jià)自己孩子的時(shí)候，大多帶著挑剔的目光，和別人的孩子相比，總覺得自己的孩子這也不好，那也不好。其實(shí)，每一個(gè)孩子總有自己的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，只是我們的眼睛總盯著孩子的缺點(diǎn)，讓我們換個(gè)角度來看孩子，就會發(fā)現(xiàn)他們身上的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。不要把學(xué)習(xí)作為惟一的評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。學(xué)習(xí)，只是孩子所有素質(zhì)中的一項(xiàng)，頂多，是比較重要的一項(xiàng)罷了，它并不是決定孩子成功的惟一因素。

三、別把孩子當(dāng)出氣筒。

社會競爭越來越激烈，每個(gè)人的壓力都不校而這種壓力，是需要一個(gè)宣泄的渠道的。但是，孩子不應(yīng)當(dāng)成為家長的出氣筒，那樣做，只會讓孩子的情緒也受到我們的影響。所以，當(dāng)我們在工作上、在生活中碰到不如意的時(shí)候，記得找到一個(gè)合適的方法來排解，別讓孩子成為無辜的犧牲品。

四、做孩子的朋友。

在家長的潛意識中，孩子都是自己的附屬品，兒女必須聽父母的話，這些觀念在我們的腦子里根深蒂固。其實(shí)，要想真正了解孩子，高高在上的姿態(tài)是不行的。想走進(jìn)孩子的內(nèi)心，成為他們的朋友是惟一的辦法。
