There are four seasons in the year in China. They are spring, summer, autumn and winter. We often call them Colourful Spring, Green Summer, Golden Autumn and White Winter. I was born in spring, so I like spring best. It’s from March to May. Everything grows in spring. What’s your favourite season? Is it spring too? I hope you like it. It’s a really good season. Now, let me tell you a poem about spring:
Spring is coming,
Rivers are running,
Flowers are blooming,
Birds are singing,
Bees are buzzing,
Children are playing
And the kites are flying.

In spring, the weather will be sunny and warm. We can go on a trip with our classmates. We can catch beautiful butterflies and touch colourful flowers with our noses. Of course, we can fly kites with our friends. I think little kids will like spring very much. Maybe you will ask me “Why?” Let me tell me. Because they don’t have to stay at home. They can play games outside. Little children all like playing and they are very active. They like the flowers in spring. They are also the flowers of our motherland.

Learn to Say No
In our daily life, we feel pleased if our requirement is accepted by others. And we will appear embarrassed when others refuse to accept what we say. However, now and then it is necessary and important to say “no”.
For example, during the exam , if somebody wants to copy our answers, it is time to say “no” to them. I know it will hurt the one who is in need of my help, but the exam is a chance to help you find out what you are not good at. If I offer the answers to him at this time, I’m sure the person who succeeds in cheating will not know about his disadvantages. Therefore, he will lose the opportunity to figure out what he should pay attention to. What’s more, he will try to cheat in the future again. What about the result?
Once, it was difficult for me to say “no” to my friends in such cases. But I realized it did great harm to my dear friends. So, I made up my mind to say “no”. At first, they couldn’t understand me. In their opinion, a good friend shouldn’t say “no” when they are in trouble. But I explained to them why I did so. At the same time, I spared my effort to study with them in my free time. By studying together, I helped my friends to study well. Thus, they broke out of the habit of cheating while taking exams, because they could complete exams by themselves with high marks. Then they realized what a good friend should do.
So, you see, sometimes it is a good way to help others by saying “no”. Only in this way can we remain an honest person , besides we offer great help to others actually.

曾經(jīng)，在這種情況下我很難對(duì)我的朋友說(shuō)“不”，但是我了解到這對(duì)我的朋友有著巨大的危害。所以，我讓我自己學(xué)會(huì)拒絕。剛開始，他們不理解我。他們認(rèn)為，一個(gè)好朋友不應(yīng)在他們陷入困境時(shí)說(shuō)“不”。但我向他們解釋，為什么我要這么做。同時(shí)，我利用課余時(shí)間和他們一起學(xué)習(xí)，使他們學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)提高。這樣，他們改掉了考試作弊的壞習(xí)慣，因?yàn)樗麄兡軌颡?dú)立完成且取得一個(gè)很好的成績(jī)。這時(shí)，他們明白了一個(gè)好朋友應(yīng)該做什么。
所以，你看到了，有時(shí)學(xué)會(huì)拒絕反而是件好事。只有用這種方式，我們才能夠做一個(gè)正直的人，除了給別人幫助以外。
