食品檢驗人員承諾書

團風縣產品質量監(jiān)督檢驗所：

本人 年 月 日開始從事食品檢驗工作，至今已有 年的從業(yè)經驗，現(xiàn)已取得職稱。本人在從事食品檢驗中無違反《食品安全法》受到刑事處罰或開除處分，現(xiàn)承諾只在本所執(zhí)業(yè)，不在外兼職食品檢驗，并保證在以后的工作中堅持認真負責的工作態(tài)度，嚴格遵守檢驗操作規(guī)程，確保食品檢驗檢測工作質量。

我將恪守以上承諾，如有違反，我愿意承擔由此引起的一切經濟責任和法律責任。
