for example, in the last six months alone, fve made a great deal. however, i'm still working for the initial salary on which we agreed two years ago. as i recall, we also agreed to renegotiate my salary in two years based on my accomplishments, and that time has come. in light of my accomplishments and as per our agreement, i，m respectfully requesting an immediate pay rise of 6%, to be followed in six months by a performance-based pay rise of an additional 3%. i strongly feel that fve earned the immediate pay raise and i'm confident that i will also earn the six-month raise based on my performance.

We need to deduct 17% tax amount of our net profit, and then we need to deduct 10% sales bonus of sales officers. At last, my bonus is the one which is deducted both tax amount and sales bonus. The actual percentage is decreasing. So first I want to apply for improving my bonus percentage to 2% of Commerce Department profit. Second, I want to apply for basic salary of department manager.
