      Ladies and gentlemen

　　女士們和先生們，

　　I feel it a great honor to have a chance to give a speech here talking about the haze weather which causes lots of bad effects on our health and life. We breathe polluted air making us suffer from lung and liver diseases. Besides because of it the flights have to be canceled. All kind of transports may run into each other resulting in much damages and lots of injuries.

　　我很榮幸能有機(jī)會(huì)在這里做演講，和大家談?wù)勥@給我們健康和生活帶來(lái)不好影響的灰霾天氣。我們呼吸這被污染過(guò)的空氣，讓我們?cè)馐芊巍⒏渭膊　Ａ硗�，由于這天氣，航班被迫取消。各種交通工具相撞在一起，造成很大的毀滅和傷害。

　　As far as I am concerned it is high time that we did something. As individuals we should ride the underground or buses instead of cars to reduce carbon dioxide. As government more measures should be taken by carrying out the related law on pollution.

　　我覺(jué)得是時(shí)候我們?cè)撟鲂┦裁戳�。我們�?yīng)該乘坐地鐵或公共汽車而不是汽車來(lái)減少二氧化碳。政府應(yīng)該實(shí)施更多針對(duì)污染的相關(guān)法律的。

　　In summary we’re all looking forward to breathe fresher air and live a happier life. Everyone should be a part of this job.

　　總之，我們都盼望著能呼吸到更新鮮的空氣，過(guò)著更快樂(lè)的生活。每個(gè)人都應(yīng)該參與進(jìn)來(lái)。

　Internet CivilizationGood afternoon ladies and gentleman! First I want to say is that I’m very proud of to be invited to to present my topic here which is “ Internet Civilization”.

　　Before I begin my topic please allow me to ask you a question: Every time you click the mouse to surf the web do you know what does it mean?

　　On the net you can make friends overseas and call them with IP phones; you can get information from all over the world; you can even give a hand to some people in troubles and get help when in need.

　　However we have to admit that internet also leads to intimacy before acquaintance; it scatters secrets outwards not inwards; and most worrying of all it is a vehicle for liars.

　　Here we should see there exists good and evil right and wrong on the web. As netizens we’d better grow to realize the importance of Internet Civilization.

　　Just as the famous saying goes “Long and steep is the path to virtue.” Many people advocate that we should be sincere honest and responsible in our society—the real world. Now what I want to add is that we also should obey the primary moral principles in this virtual world.

　　All of my dear friends here on the internet which role did you play? Which role are you playing? And which role will you play?

　　海外在網(wǎng)上你可以交朋友與IP電話叫他們;你可以得到來(lái)自世界各地的信息甚至可以給一些人一只手在問(wèn)題和得到幫助有需要的人。

　　然而我們不得不承認(rèn)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)也會(huì)導(dǎo)致親密之前認(rèn)識(shí);它向外散射機(jī)密不向內(nèi);最令人擔(dān)憂的是這是一個(gè)騙子的手段。

　　在這里我們應(yīng)該看到存在著善與惡對(duì)與錯(cuò)。作為網(wǎng)民我們最好發(fā)展文明意識(shí)到互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的重要性。

　　正如著名的諺語(yǔ)說(shuō)“美德之路漫長(zhǎng)而又陡峭。“許多人提倡我們應(yīng)該真誠(chéng)誠(chéng)實(shí)的和負(fù)責(zé)任的在我們的社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí)世界�，F(xiàn)在我想要添加的是我們也應(yīng)該遵守基本道德原則在這個(gè)虛擬的'世界里。

　　3初一英語(yǔ)勵(lì)志演講稿：環(huán)境與發(fā)展

   　Development and the EnvironmentIt is undeniable that the worsening environment has become the biggest concern of the present-day world. Land resources are dwindling because of water loss and soil erosion. Waste gases poison the air we breathe. The rivers and lakes are polluted by waste dumped in them from factories. It is probably no exaggeration to say that deterioration of the quality of the environment threatens the existence of mankind itself.

　　Some people are of the opinion that the environmental problem is the price we have to pay for economic development. But I do not think that this argument is valid. After all what is the point of economic growth if people’s lives are adversely alfected by worsening environmental pollution?

　　There is plenty of evidence to show that sustainable development can be achieved by balancing economic growth with protection of the environment. The key to achieving this is to make people aware of the seriousness of the problem. Both governments and ordinary citizens should join hands to make this world a better place to live in not only for ourselves but also for future generations.

　　不可否認(rèn)的是環(huán)境惡化已成為當(dāng)今世界上人們最擔(dān)心的事了。因?yàn)樗�資源的浪費(fèi)和土壤被侵蝕，土地資源逐漸縮小。我們呼吸著有毒的空氣，河流和湖泊也被附近的工廠里排放出來(lái)的廢棄物嚴(yán)重污染了。不夸大其詞地說(shuō)，環(huán)境質(zhì)量的惡化很可能威脅人類的生存。

　　有些人說(shuō)環(huán)境問(wèn)題是我們?yōu)榻?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展所付出的代價(jià)。對(duì)此，我不敢茍同。如果人類的生活被日益惡化的環(huán)境污染所影響的話，那么，經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的意義何在?

　　足夠的證據(jù)表明：經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與環(huán)境保護(hù)的平衡可以實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。關(guān)鍵是使人們意識(shí)到問(wèn)題的嚴(yán)重性。政府和普通市民兩方都應(yīng)該攜手使地球成為更適合人類居住的地方，這不僅是為我們自己，也是為我們的后代。
