感謝信最主要的特點是真誠。缺乏真摯的感情答謝他人，收信人將對你的謝意產(chǎn)生懷疑，感謝的目的也就失去了。因此，寫感謝信首先得真心誠意。
感謝信另一個特點是具體。寫感謝信切忌泛泛而談，而應(yīng)著重于具體的感謝事由。 其次一個特點是及時。收到別人禮物、得到別人幫助，應(yīng)及時寫信予以答謝。否則，人家會對你的謝意大打折扣。
