“快看，這工人最后說的.Goodbye（再見）是什么意思？”
“那是再見的意思。您不也初中畢業(yè)嗎？您怎么聽不懂英語呢？”
“哎，別提了，那時我學(xué)習(xí)很不認(rèn)真，成天只知道玩，現(xiàn)在后悔也來不及了�！眿寢屔钋榈赝送�，“穎兒，你一定要好好學(xué)習(xí)呀，不能像媽媽這樣一無所長呀。”
媽媽望了望電視，自言自語地說：“唉，要是我也會說英語那該多好�。 �
我安慰道：“媽，沒關(guān)系的。不如我來教你學(xué)英語吧，怎么樣？等奧運會辦完后許多外國人肯定會到胡適故居來參觀的，說不定還會到您的工廠去玩呢！”
“真的嗎？那好哇，我就跟你學(xué)英語，說不上我將來也能跟外國人聊上幾句。”媽媽高興地說。
