Yesterday was my birthday. I had a lot of fun with my family and friends.
I got up early to take a walk with my friends .Because I wanted to enjoy the first morning in my 16th year. During the walk I talked happily with my friends about the past year. All of us believed that I can do better in the following year.
In the evening, my family prepared delicious meal for me. Certainly, there was a big cake with candles on it. My father helped me light the candles and I made a sweet wish which was only known by me.
昨天是我的生日。我與我的家人還有朋友們玩得十分開心。
那天，我很早就起床了，和我的朋友一起走。因為我想在我的第十六年里享受到的第一個早晨。在行走的過程中我非常高興地與我對過去一年的朋友。我們都認為，在接下來的一年我能做的更好。
在晚上，我的家人為我準(zhǔn)備了美味的晚餐。當(dāng)然，有一個插著蠟燭的'蛋糕。我父親幫我點亮了蠟燭，我做了一個甜蜜的愿望，只有我自己知道的。

Indeed, traveling is one of the hottest plans for Chinese people. But compared to most foreigners, our manner is always criticized. The most obvious problem is talking loudly in the public occasion. Because we get used to be a group and haven’t realized our voice disturb others. So it is in need of changing this bad habit. What’s more, many people jump the queue, which is really rude.Only when we admit our impolite acts will we do better in the future.

Every vacation, my homework is always delayed, so, this summer holiday, I hope I can get rid of the shortcomings, finish homework early, with their own actions to prove to have been constraints with my mom and dad: my job I make decision! My time is mine!

Since more and more young people have lost their interest in our traditional festivals, such as Mid-autumn Festival, Dragon-boat Festival, and even Spring Festival. They seem to be more willing to celebrate Christmas.
In my opinion, every coin has two sides. Since the globalization is impossible to avoid this mix of cultures and traditions. We should preserve the traditional Chinese culture as well as welcome Western ones. We students undertake the responsibility to carry on our traditions, therefore, we have to respect them and cherish them.

說到演講，我一點也不陌生。因為在賞能的課堂上老師經(jīng)常會鼓勵我們上臺表達自己的觀點，我也很喜歡。但英語演講對我來說確實是陌生的。因為英語不是我的母語，我能說的句子也很少，所以如果是英語演講，我并不太自信。
在加拿大時，莫老師為我們安排了一堂2個多小時的全英文演講課，讓我印象深刻。
7月26日的晚飯后，我和小伙伴們坐車出發(fā)去上課。在路上，天空突然傾盆大雨，不一會就下起了冰雹，打在車窗上噼啪作響。我真是又好奇又害怕，因為這是我第一次看到冰雹，但我好擔(dān)心冰雹會把車窗的.玻璃砸碎。還好沒過一會兒，雨和冰雹就都停了。
我們來到了一幢不大的房子前，走進去一看，架子上全是各種書籍，原來這是一家小圖書館。圖書館非常干凈且鴉雀無聲，靜得我們都不敢說話了。我們靜悄悄地來到二樓頂頭教室里，教室不大，是一個四周高、中間低的梯形教室。劉老師向我們介紹授課老師，說：“這是jimmy哥哥的私教，可厲害了�！庇⒄Z課開始后，兩位老師分別用英語作了自我介紹，然后帶領(lǐng)我們站到教室臺階上做課前熱身活動。我腦袋里連連問號：“真奇怪，這到底是英語課還是上體育課？為什么還有熱身運動呀！”其實這就是一堂英語演講課，演講時是要做動作的，需要演講的同學(xué)大膽地去表現(xiàn)自己，可以添加表演、手勢還有自己夸張的表情，我真是第一次遇到還可以這樣演講。
課上我們進行了感情讀詞、即興演講等環(huán)節(jié)，每個小伙伴都積極表現(xiàn)自己。即使詞語知道的并不多，但加上我的微笑、夸張的表情，也為我的演講加分呢！不知不覺，2個小時的課程就過去了。這天晚上我過得很開心，因為不僅收獲了知識，體驗了不同的英語課教學(xué)，還使自己得到了鍛煉。
