good morning. it's a pleasure for me present myself. my name is xx, and i am a candidate for the position of assistant executive secretary.
i am a positive and enthusiastic person. good professional skills, team work spirit, high liability and attribution; nice characters; broad hobbies. i work with zest and don’t like leaving things half done. never admitting defeat is the main character of mine. i manage my time perfectly so that i can always get things on time. besides, i’m very glad to work and communicate with others. one of my strength is that i like developing new things and ideas.
during the one and half years working in xx hotel,i assist general manager in daily operations such as appointments, schedules and travel arrangements. gather, state and analyze information for general manager; screen and respond to incoming correspondence, inquiries and phone calls; arrange and attend meetings; take and distribute minutes .work as interpreter during some business occasions and doing translation for all kinds of documents..facilitate smooth communications among general manager and department directors, other companies or business unit..make sure executive office work efficiently and work in harmony with other clerks..keep all documents of hotel executive office in order.
i expect for a good opportunity to put all my knowledge into parctice.i am a doer and i can contribute a lot to the company
