一、負(fù)責(zé)組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)部門制造組對(duì)新報(bào)模具的設(shè)計(jì)、制造及整理工作；
二、負(fù)責(zé)與生產(chǎn)部生技科協(xié)調(diào)修理老產(chǎn)品模具等事項(xiàng)；
三、對(duì)本科室人員進(jìn)行工作指導(dǎo)、考核、培訓(xùn)和任免的責(zé)任；
四、組織現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理，推行5s及本科室的'設(shè)備保養(yǎng)等事項(xiàng)。

負(fù)責(zé)模具總體設(shè)計(jì),指導(dǎo)組員進(jìn)行模具設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)模具進(jìn)行評(píng)審,做dfm
任職要求:
1)5年以上模具設(shè)計(jì)或模具評(píng)審相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn),大專以上學(xué)歷,模具或機(jī)械類相關(guān)專業(yè)
2)有一定的英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ),能夠進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的讀寫(xiě)
3)對(duì)塑膠模具的.結(jié)構(gòu)和制作流程非常清楚,能夠?qū)δ＞哌M(jìn)行評(píng)審和dfm
4)熟悉pro-e及辦公軟件

-assist center manager to manager the mold producing related operators, and be responsible in coaching and training the related operators

-solid technical support to the mold coating production in terms of the process, fixtures, equipment and tools, solving the production problems and customer complain with the guidance and support from china mold manager and mold supervisor.

崗位要求:
-bachelor degree or above, major in mold design/mental material/heat treatment or related.
本科學(xué)歷,材料、模具或熱處理相關(guān)專業(yè)
-more than 5 years working experience in molding related field
5年以上模具行業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
-knowledge in mold structure and machinery
了解模具構(gòu)造及機(jī)加工工藝
-fluent english both in written and oral
良好的英文聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力
-good communication skill and team cooperation spirit
