在我心中，有許許多多的、多姿多彩的中國夢。這些夢，曾經(jīng)讓我心潮澎湃，曾經(jīng)讓我熱血沸騰，曾經(jīng)讓我心馳神往。無時無刻，我都在為國家美好的未來憧憬著。但是，我清楚地認(rèn)識到，讓國家強(qiáng)盛的重要角色，就是我們---那好似噴薄的朝陽的莘莘學(xué)子---正是我們的強(qiáng)弱，決定著祖國的未來。正所謂梁啟超說的“少年強(qiáng)則國強(qiáng)”，確實(shí)不錯。殊不知，在廣大學(xué)子背后，還有一位重要角色，那，就是像蠟燭一樣，燃燒自己，照亮別人，默默奉獻(xiàn)的老師們。在一定程度上，好老師決定好學(xué)生。所以，師資力量和教育質(zhì)量也同樣重要。作為一名學(xué)生，我多么希望有一個好老師啊！那么，我心目中的好老師是什么樣子的呢？

it’s noticable that western holidays are becoming increasingly popular day by day，while chinese traditional festivals are being somewhat neglected。 not long before about 10 doctors in beijing university and qinghua unversity announced that we should reject the invasion of western holidays，because they regard western holidays as an challenge against our traditional festivals and culture。
frankly speaking，i don’t quite agree with them。indeed，we should never neglect or even discard our traditonal festivals as china boasts a brilliant history and splendid traditions。 (examples)。but why can’t we absorb the meaningful western holidays and culture。
there are obvious reasons why some western holidays are so popular in china。 on the one hand，some of the western holidays which we chinese don’t have are reasonable and meaningful，such as father’s day and april fool’s day etc。 on the other hand，the prevalence of globalization enables western culture to prevail in china。 overwhelmed by such a trend，chinese unconsiciously get involved in western holidays and culture。
with the further development of the whole world，the cultural communication between different countries and nations becomes faster and more and more important。 we are indeed from different nations，but we are the citizens of the same world，so the outstanding culture of different nations is the commom wealth of everyone on the earth。the only way for us to protect our traditional culture is to reject the foreign culture? the answer is definitely no。 what we ought to do is to spare no effort to educate chinese to get to know and treasure our splendid traditions instead of rejecting foreign culture。 only by educating can we set our confidence and belief towards our culture。 only by educating can we preserve and promote the wealth that our ancesters left for us。

大家好！
我是XX小學(xué)的XXX。今天我很榮幸坐在這發(fā)言，感謝領(lǐng)導(dǎo)給我這個機(jī)會。其實(shí)，我只是一名普普通通的小學(xué)英語教師。在十年嗑嗑絆絆的小學(xué)英語教學(xué)中，我不斷學(xué)習(xí)探究，逐漸積累了一些對小學(xué)英語教學(xué)的個人經(jīng)驗(yàn)。今天有機(jī)會和大家一起探討，我感到很高興，如果說的不當(dāng)之處，還請各位多多包涵。
在這次全市小學(xué)英語優(yōu)質(zhì)課比賽中，共有14節(jié)詞匯課。14位教師每一位都能認(rèn)真鉆研教材，抓住重難點(diǎn)教學(xué)，努力了解學(xué)生，完成任務(wù)教學(xué)。各位老師各盡所能，各展其才，給我們帶來14節(jié)優(yōu)秀的課。下面，我就從三個方面對這些課做一下小小的點(diǎn)評：
一、對詞匯課的認(rèn)識
詞匯課聽起來好象是單純教幾個單詞，但在語言教學(xué)中我們應(yīng)把握這樣一個原則：詞不離句，句不離境。這兩句話說的什么意思？就是說在教學(xué)中教單詞的同時，離不開句子的教學(xué)，教語句的同時不能脫離環(huán)境的創(chuàng)設(shè)。在這次比賽中，我們7號老師和9號老師就做的相當(dāng)不錯。7號老師教授的`是四種水果：pear，orange，watermelon和peach。她利用猴子了一個cai課件創(chuàng)設(shè)情景，在教單詞的同時，展示兩個動物朋友喜不喜歡，從而引出句子：do you like……？yes，i do。/no，i don’t，同時讓學(xué)生去扮演角色。角色扮演完后，自然過渡到調(diào)查周圍同學(xué)。這樣的安排給人一種水到渠成的感覺。9號老師教的是四個形容詞：big，small，long和short。她帶領(lǐng)我們進(jìn)入了動物園：看見大象學(xué)生就扮演：hi，i’m elephant。 i’m big�？匆姾镒訉W(xué)生就扮演：hello，i’m monkey。 i’m small�？匆娚邔W(xué)生就扮演：hello，i’m snake。 i’m long�？匆娦“淄脤W(xué)生就扮演：hi，i’m rabbit。 i have a short tail…學(xué)生興趣高，也非常積極主動去運(yùn)用英語交際。
二、對詞匯課課堂結(jié)構(gòu)的認(rèn)識
一節(jié)好的課，首先要教學(xué)思路清晰，目的明確，重難點(diǎn)突出。我們小學(xué)英語教學(xué)過程大致可分為以下幾塊：
1、warm—up熱身讓學(xué)生通過游戲、chant、歌曲等進(jìn)行一個暖身，調(diào)動學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。
2、preview/revision預(yù)習(xí)或復(fù)習(xí)可對過去的相關(guān)知識進(jìn)行一下回顧展示
3、presentation and practice主要是呈現(xiàn)新知，教授新知，并能利用各種教學(xué)手段和教學(xué)方法對所學(xué)知識進(jìn)行鞏固操練。在這14位參賽教師中，1號，4號，6號，8號，9號，10號，11號，13號等老師，她們運(yùn)用了competation 、chant 、tpr 、look and match、
listen and point、 listen and draw 、guessing game和task—based等教學(xué)方法，采取了師生操練、小組操練、生生操練等多種形式，給人一種多姿多彩的感覺。特別提出的是6號和10號老師，她們可能不是英語專業(yè)畢業(yè)的老師，但她們能充分利用空中資源，和學(xué)生一起學(xué)習(xí)，一起做游戲，共同操練，這很值得讓我們?nèi)ソ梃b。
4、consolidation and extension就是對我們所學(xué)的知識做一個總結(jié)和拓展。
這幾部教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)相輔相成，互相聯(lián)系。教學(xué)時我們可以用簡單的游戲、歌曲甚至是短短的幾句課堂用語就能將它們自然銜接，慢慢過渡，但有很多老師常常忽視這些，使的下一個環(huán)節(jié)出現(xiàn)的有點(diǎn)突然。比賽中我認(rèn)為做的比較好的有X號等老師。
三、關(guān)于課堂教學(xué)細(xì)節(jié)的處理
優(yōu)秀的課堂之所以優(yōu)秀，除了教學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)外，還有細(xì)節(jié)的獨(dú)特處理，就如人一樣，七分長相三分打扮。如1號、2號、10號老師的cai課件，4號和9號老師獨(dú)特新穎的詞卡，4號和13號老師漂亮的板書設(shè)計，11號和12號老師多樣的評價語，13號和14號老師完整的評價體系（形成性評價與終結(jié)性評價相結(jié)合），5號和12號老師好聽的語音語調(diào)，特別是12號老師夸張的語音語調(diào)和態(tài)勢語，這些都留給了我們每一個在場的老師深刻的印象。
總的說來，各位老師都能較好的完成教學(xué)任務(wù)，但是也存在不少問題，需要去改善：
1、加強(qiáng)自身學(xué)習(xí)，少犯知識性錯誤。盡量運(yùn)用簡短的英語，讓學(xué)生聽懂指令。
2、缺少對語言情境的創(chuàng)設(shè)，各個知識點(diǎn)之間出現(xiàn)一定的塊面，如果能夠一條線索貫穿起來就更加好了。
3、對學(xué)生的小組活動需加強(qiáng)指導(dǎo)，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生用英語交流的習(xí)慣。
4、要探究對課堂知識的拓展。
5、應(yīng)注重細(xì)節(jié)的處理，如板書設(shè)計、學(xué)生座位的安排、評價語的多樣化等。
今天，在王老師的組織安排下，我們聚在一起共同學(xué)習(xí)。感謝各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對我們工作的支持與理解，也感謝王老師為我們?nèi)欣蠋焸兒蛯W(xué)生們在不到一年的時間里提供了多次展示自我的舞臺。我相信，在王老師的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，我們仙桃市小學(xué)英語會有更大的進(jìn)步。謝謝！

Ladies and Gentlemen, keeping optimistic, you will be able to realize, in spite of some hardship, there’s always hope waiting for you, which will lead you to the ultimate success. Historically as well as currently, there are too many optimists of this kind to enumerate. You see, Thomas Edison is optimistic; if not, the light of hope in his heart could not illuminate the whole world. Alfred Nobel is optimistic; if not, the explosives and the prestigious Nobel Prize would not have come into being. And Lance Armstrong is also optimistic; if not, the devil of cancer would have devoured his life and the world would not see a 5-time winner of the Tour De France.
A rose may be beautiful, or maybe not; that depends on your attitude only, and so does success, so does life. Hindrances and difficulties do exist, but if you are optimistic, then they are only episodes on your long way to the throne of success; they are more bridges than obstacles! Now I prefer to end my speech with the great British poet Shelley’s lines: “If winter comes, can spring be far behind?” Thank you!

I dont know who wrote these words, but Ive always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. We are all in the position of the farmers. If we plant a good seed ,we reap a good harvest. If we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.
We are young. “How to spend the youth?” It is a meaningful
question. To answer it, first I have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth?” Youth is not a time of life, its a state of mind. Its not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips or supple knees. Its the matter of the will. Its the freshness of the deep spring of life.
Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over
timidity of the appetite , for adventure over the love of ease. This often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20 . Nobody grows old merely by a number of years . We grow old by deserting our ideals. Years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul . Worry , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust .
Whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of whats next and the joy of the game of living . In the center of your heart and my heart theres a wireless station : so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young .

如果我能當(dāng)選英語課代表，我一定會竭盡全力為大家服務(wù)，在英語課的任何時候、任何情況下，我都能做到“想同學(xué)所想，急同學(xué)所急。”在老師批完作業(yè)，需要發(fā)下讓同學(xué)們訂正時，我一定會第一時間將作業(yè)發(fā)下來，盡可能不讓同學(xué)們利用放學(xué)時間留下來訂正。當(dāng)然，如果有同學(xué)訂正有困難，我會及時幫助的，耐心引導(dǎo)，理解分析，直到做出準(zhǔn)確答案。
如果我能當(dāng)選英語課代表，我一定追求最完美的.稱職，只要英語課老師不在，我就會自覺地?fù)?dān)當(dāng)起小老師的責(zé)任，維護(hù)好班紀(jì)，有序地組織好自學(xué)或開展各種有趣的英語活動。
如果我能當(dāng)選英語課代表，我會處處帶頭，做好示范，營造起學(xué)習(xí)英語的良好氛圍，培養(yǎng)大家愛英語、學(xué)英語自覺性，掀起相互幫助、相互競賽的激勵機(jī)制，讓我們?nèi)嗟挠⒄Z成績走在年級前列。
在四年級時，我也曾當(dāng)過數(shù)學(xué)課代表、小組長、體育委員這幾項(xiàng)工作。所以我有一定的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。當(dāng)然，我也存在著缺點(diǎn)和不足，希望老師和同學(xué)們能夠?qū)ξ疫M(jìn)行更多的指導(dǎo)和幫助。如果這次沒能夠競選上英語課代表，也請大家放心，我會以平常心對待，更加努力學(xué)習(xí)，下次再來積極竟選。

Faced with the cruel reality，we college students should really make good use of these facilities and learn as much useful knowledge as possible。Then after graduation，we would find it’s much easier to get a decent job.
When I am a little girl，my father gave me two cups filled with soil，he asked me to water one cup every day。Two weeks later，tender leaves appeared in the cup that I watered everyday。Father said to me：“The seed represents for your dream，without sweat and effort，it won’t come out no means will your dream turn into reality if you never pay for it.”
From this story I learn that If I intend to full my dreams，I must work hard，make efforts，and get prepared，otherwise I will get no possibility to succeed.

其實(shí)，說起家庭教育經(jīng)驗(yàn)，與各位在座的家長相比，我做得還不夠。俗話說：“父母是孩子的第一位老師”，孩子的許多好品質(zhì)、好習(xí)慣都需要在家里由家長正確引導(dǎo)和督促。
下面，我就簡單介紹一下自己的做法：
一、樹立學(xué)習(xí)英語的信心
俗話說，自信是成功的第一步。自信心對于孩子的英語學(xué)習(xí)尤為重要，因?yàn)樾W(xué)生的'英語側(cè)重于聽說，說占有很大的比例。平時的跟讀、回答問題、唱歌、游戲、對話、表演都要用到“說”。假如孩子一開始便沒了自信心，怕出錯誤，不敢開口說，那么他的英語就無從得到練習(xí)，也便不會有進(jìn)步，而且會越學(xué)越?jīng)]勁。所以樹立良好的自信，說英語，用英語，不怕犯錯誤，是學(xué)好英語的第一步。在學(xué)習(xí)過程中，要對孩子多一些表揚(yáng)和鼓勵，只要孩子有點(diǎn)滴進(jìn)步，都要及時表揚(yáng)，讓她有成就感，家長如果經(jīng)常表揚(yáng)鼓勵孩子，孩子一定會有出色的表現(xiàn)。
二、讓孩子多聽錄音，在少兒英語學(xué)習(xí)中，我認(rèn)為首先是加強(qiáng)聽力訓(xùn)練和說話訓(xùn)練，然后才是讀寫能力的培養(yǎng)。聽說能力差，用英語進(jìn)行交際的能力也會差，為此，作為家長一定要配合學(xué)校來要求孩子，要創(chuàng)造條件讓孩子多聽，多聽純正的錄音，聽幾遍、聽清楚了以后，跟著說。
三、讓孩子大聲說英語，我每天都堅持留出20分鐘左右時間讓孩子讀讀英語，不管當(dāng)天學(xué)校布置的作業(yè)多不多。我們要鼓勵孩子大聲地朗讀、對話、問答，大聲說，不害羞，這樣有利于清楚地表達(dá)自己，也有利于他人糾正自己的錯誤。
四、每天自覺地聽錄音、朗讀、背誦、記憶，孩子放學(xué)后完成的作業(yè)，我都會檢查督促。聽寫、默寫、抄寫的作業(yè)，復(fù)習(xí)、預(yù)習(xí)作業(yè)也不容草率。每一項(xiàng)作業(yè)我都會認(rèn)真檢查，并簽字。復(fù)習(xí)是鞏固知識，預(yù)習(xí)對于下一次老師要講的內(nèi)容心里有了大概的眉目，能起到抓到重點(diǎn)的作用，提高學(xué)習(xí)效率。
五、家長要經(jīng)常積極主動的和老師溝通，通過和老師的溝通既可以及時了解自己孩子在學(xué)校的學(xué)習(xí)情況，能夠有針對性地要求孩子鞏固學(xué)得不夠扎實(shí)的知識，也可以了解孩子在學(xué)校的行為習(xí)慣方面的情況。畢竟我們在家里看到的孩子只在在家里的一面，在學(xué)校的表現(xiàn)我們是看得不全面的。
XXX英語學(xué)校的教學(xué)形式新穎活潑，一些賞識教學(xué)，情景教學(xué)讓孩子們都很喜歡，也讓我們做家長的耳目一新。在這里，我看到孩子變得更加自信、活潑，英語學(xué)習(xí)興趣也越來越濃厚，學(xué)習(xí)積極性也越來越高。

我是葉施云，來自502班。我呢，雖然在老師面前是一個有點(diǎn)膽小的女生，但是我和周邊同學(xué)還是處得不錯的。我們經(jīng)常能互幫互助，不管是男生還是女生。除此之外，我的書法也寫得不錯，在校內(nèi)和校外都學(xué)了好幾年的字，而且考出了六級，今年準(zhǔn)備沖刺7級。我覺得，這對于今后的幫助應(yīng)該是非常大的。
在英語方面，我是很有自信的，我的每次成績最少能達(dá)到90分以上。另外，我還在外面學(xué)了三年多的英語，目前已經(jīng)升到新概念1—2了。這對于我的視、聽、說水平是非常重要的`，也大大增加了我的詞匯量。每次默寫單詞，我?guī)缀醵寄軐懭珜�。就在上一次第一單元所有單詞默寫中，三顆星（最高也是三顆星）呢。在家中，我都會花上25分鐘左右的時間來流利地朗讀課文。有空時我還會看帶有英文的書，爸爸說這能提高我的英語水平。遇到不懂的還可以翻開英文字典查看注釋。以上幾點(diǎn)，大大地增強(qiáng)了我的語法知識。
對于作業(yè)，我都是很及時地上交，回到家后只有朗讀課文就行了。有時看到課代表遲遲沒有發(fā)本子時或組織同學(xué)聽寫單詞時，總會一個勁兒地催他。
如果我當(dāng)上了英語課代表，一定會仔細(xì)檢查同學(xué)上交作業(yè)中的錯誤，讓他們及時改正。也會把他們不準(zhǔn)確的發(fā)音，盡我所能地糾正。同學(xué)遇到不理解的閱讀題目，我也會在確定答案的情況下，跟他們進(jìn)行分析。總之，我會配合各項(xiàng)工作，盡到我的職責(zé)，并及時地搬發(fā)本子，和老師報告上交作業(yè)的情況。
