完美主義癱瘓癥雙語閱讀

　　有些事情已經(jīng)拖了很久卻還一拖再拖，問及理由，答曰：沒準(zhǔn)備好，狀態(tài)不對(duì)，總之就是害怕做得不夠完美。對(duì)于這些人而言，哪怕有一丁點(diǎn)不完美都是不可接受的，于是事情就一直被擱置下來。這種現(xiàn)象就叫perfectionist paralysis（完美主義癱瘓癥）。

　　Perfectionist paralysis refers to the inability to start on a project, assignment, essay or any creative task due to the fear of not getting it perfectly right.

　　“完美主義癱瘓癥”指的是因害怕無法完美地做成某事而一直未能開始某個(gè)項(xiàng)目（作業(yè)、論文或創(chuàng)造性的任務(wù)）。
