　　答疑解惑：

　　面試官在招聘員工或?qū)嵙?xí)人員時(shí)，必定會(huì)問(wèn)到這個(gè)問(wèn)題。一是當(dāng)作面試開始時(shí)的熱身，二是想確認(rèn)應(yīng)聘者是基于什么樣的'想法來(lái)決定將來(lái)的路，是否對(duì)將來(lái)有明確的目標(biāo)，自己的人生是否由自己決定以及是否能清楚地表達(dá)某一問(wèn)題等等。
