TXV Energy 公司在1-5年內(nèi)的profits和average share price的兩張走勢圖。第一張是柱形圖：75 50 75 250 275 單位是 million USD 這是年利潤走勢;第二張是折線圖：5 1 3 7 7 單位是USD 這是股價(jià)走勢。
大作文：

Report:
sponsorship of a sport event。你公司贊助了一個(gè)活動，要求寫幾個(gè)點(diǎn)：(1)為什么要贊助;(2)我們得到了什么;(3)以后的贊助活動有什么建議。
Proposal:
The communication is not well between two departments where you work.

Letter:
Your company are not satisfied with taxi companies regularly uses , and planing to change others , your manager ask you to write a letter to other companies,

Part1:
1.talk about your work or study.
2.where are you from? 在china 哪種learning的形式更有發(fā)展前途
3.Tell me something about your work or study and what do you like most about your job or study.第二個(gè)問題是How easy it is for young people to start business in China ?
4.Tell me something about your work or study and what’s your ideal kind of boss (my partner’s question)
5.Where are you from? Can you tell me something about your work or study and which part do you like most in your work or study? Do you think what kind of traing will be an important part in the future?
Part2:
1.我選的題目是TIME MANAGEMENT 已經(jīng)講爛的題目 the importance of manage time effectively 我PARTER講的題目是HUMAN RESOURCE:how to prepare staff for the new system
2.training:the factor involved in deciding external or internal trainer.
3.我選的是公司develop new product之前有哪些factors需要考慮;我partner選的的topic是如何確保由你來主持的會議能對參會者有用。
4.The importance of future career plan; The importance for large companies to keep contact with college (my partner’s question)。
5.the importance of public relations
6.我抽到的口語題是：保存好公司文件的重要性。
7.對于一個(gè)公司在購買IT equipment的時(shí)候需要考慮的 factors
Part3:
1.主題是our company is going to implement a new model to the computer 具體問題不記得了
2.promote of a new model:1.factors to consider in the events. 2.what kind of advertising can be used.
3.你公司在擴(kuò)張，所以考慮expanding the manufactering capacity。你被選中要成立一個(gè)公司自己的manufactering department。問：自己成立的好處是什么;如果要自己成立這個(gè)部門需要考慮什么。
4. The company you worked for now find that customers don’t reorder from your company , and your manager ask you to talk about:
How to find out why customers don’t reorder ?
How to make customers reorder from your company ?
考官追加的問題：Which is more important do you think to keep existing customers or to attract new customers ?Do you think customers’ loyalty is important to a company ?

6.我的第三部分抽到的是：一家supermarket chain 開了新的門店 所以要求對“如何招兵買馬跟通過什么途徑以最吸引的方式招聘相關(guān)人員”展開討論。

Part1:
一本關(guān)于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的書的評介。
聽力部分：
Part1：
1.第一部分講program。
2.貌似出現(xiàn)了presentation、guest speakers、delegates、a merging market、chairman、networking 等等
3.聽力那個(gè)好像是 emerging management 新興管理學(xué)科的意思 我記得~ 還有 keynote discussion 主題討論 ， strategies 什么的吧
Part2:
1.第二部分講recuitment problems and resolutions。
2.聽力第二部分我選FCHEB GBDFC。
Part3:
1.第三部分講B2B。
2.第三部分，我選的是ACACCBBC 。
