　　根據(jù)需要，學(xué)校安排我上高一數(shù)學(xué)課，為了提高自己的教學(xué)水平，在上學(xué)期初我就下定決心從各方面嚴格要求自己，在教學(xué)上虛心向老教師請教，結(jié)合本校和班級學(xué)生的實際情況，針對性的開展教學(xué)工作，使工作有計劃，有組織，有步驟。經(jīng)過了一個學(xué)年，我對教學(xué)工作有了如下感想:

　　1，根據(jù)教材結(jié)合實際備好每堂課

　　根據(jù)教材內(nèi)容及自己所教的學(xué)生的實際情況設(shè)計課程教學(xué)，擬定教學(xué)方法，并對教學(xué)過程中遇到的問題盡可能的預(yù)先考慮到，認真寫好每一個教案。每一課都做到"有備而去"，每堂課都在課前做好充分的準備，課后及時對該課作出小結(jié)，并認真整理每一章節(jié)的知識要點，幫助學(xué)生進行歸納總結(jié)。

　　2，有意識地增強上課技能，提高教學(xué)效率和教學(xué)質(zhì)量。

　　增強上課技能，提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量是我們每一名新教師不斷努力的目標。我追求課堂講解的清晰化，條理化，準確化，條理化，情感化，生動化;努力做到知識線索清晰，層次分明，教學(xué)言簡意賅，深入淺出。我深知學(xué)生的積極參與是教學(xué)取得較好的效果的關(guān)鍵。所以在課堂上我特別注意調(diào)動學(xué)生的積極性，加強師生交流，充分體現(xiàn)學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)過程中的主動性，讓學(xué)生學(xué)得輕松，學(xué)得愉快。他們強調(diào)讓我一定要注意精講精練，在課堂上講得盡量少些，而讓學(xué)生自己動口動手動腦盡量多些;同時在每一堂課上都充分考慮每一個層次的學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)需求和接受能力，讓各個層次的`學(xué)生都得到提高。

　　3，用學(xué)習(xí)的心態(tài)與其他老師交流，并學(xué)習(xí)其他老師的優(yōu)點。

　　在每個章節(jié)的學(xué)習(xí)上都積極征求其他有經(jīng)驗老師的意見，學(xué)習(xí)他們的方法。同時多聽老教師的課，做到邊聽邊學(xué)，給自己不斷充電，彌補自己在教學(xué)上的不足，并常請備課組長和其他教師來聽課，征求他們的意見，改進教學(xué)工作。

　　總之本學(xué)年的教學(xué)工作，雖然辛酸，教學(xué)任務(wù)雖然艱巨，但是我始終帶著一份學(xué)習(xí)和求進的心態(tài)面對每一章每一節(jié)的教學(xué)，盡可能在每次的教學(xué)中提高自己，真正達到教學(xué)相長的目的，當然我還有許多不足，我還會繼續(xù)努力，讓自己成為一名合格的人民教師。
