in our daily lives,we can find out many bad habits in others and also in ourselves, such as smoking in public, talking loudly while eating and crossing the street without paying attention to the traffic lights, and so on.
there are more and more smoker now.they think of smoking as part of their lives.and often, they even smoke in the hospital or in the carriages where smoking is not allowed definitely, never considering the feelings of others.
i think we shoud prevent them from smoking.because,it will do harm to both themselves and the persons around.
as we know, talking loudly while eating is also a bad habit like smoking.sometimes,my classmates eat out together.to epress their ecitement, they would kid each other and then laugh loudly, though some others also having a dinner at the same place have epressed their bitterness and complaint.
in my opinion, having a dinner party can of couse reinforces the friendship among the friends.but it wont be forgoten that we shouldnt lay others pain aside, while enjoying ourselves.
other than those mentioned above,it sometimes could endanger ourlives crossing the street with a heavy traffic without paying enough attitions on lights.we can often see the scene where many policeman are solving a traffic accident and some persons have been deadlaying on the ground.thats too sad to see for us.but,it can be prevented before originally!
facing these bad habits, what can we do?in my opinion,on one hand, itsnecessary to persuade others not to continue their"hobby";and on the other hand,we should set an eample to others, and never have a try.

Academic society independent The bird has grown up, must learn in the deep blue sky to spread the wings to hover; The fish has grown up, must learn in the broad sea to have a good swim boundlessly; But the human has grown up, must learn on the thorny path alone to face, the my first academic society is independent, is alone in the home “the defend position”, I then, only then kindergarten cultural level.
As soon as remembers that night, I then “threw” smile came out ......
That day, night very quiet, moon is dusky, the star babies are afraid as if very much, walks arm in arm in the cloud paternal grandmother's bosom, is not willing to come out the small face dew. Outside the window, blows several cool winds. This kind terrorist “the clever piece scene” as if is the God already prepares well. In the peaceful family, I closely shrank a group, looked around toward in every direction, “bang ~” any sound, I looked toward the window, “mother! The ghost has come!”I am unable to restrain to yell that sees only one “the demons and monsters” positively “to dance with joy” walks to me.
Naivete I run up to the balcony hastily, brought “Jin Kubang”, fits out Sun Wukong's appearance, “dull, the monster, eats my stick!”Wants to hit toward the monster, as soon as calms oneself down looked, is unexpectedly hangs on window's pig's feet, really lets me not know whether to laugh or cry ......
Also remembered at that time, I have done a very weak matter, before sleeping, I used the colored wax pencil to draw the lifelike big tiger on the paper, but also very happily pasted it in the gate, this only then felt at ease goes to sleep, because I believed that had the big tiger to protect me, everybody did not dare to bully me!
First time alone still let me in home's scene have a vivid memory, because that was I first time has learned the independence, was also I one step which succeeded on the rough growth path!
leisure--an anachronism?
the other day i asked my nine year old younger brother what he liked to do for fun in his leisure time. he seemed to regard it as an odd question. "i don't actually have much leisure time." he said."homework, tennis lessons and piano lessons.., eat it all up. i have three piano lessons a week now."
i was startled. i used to consider it was only gown ups who were suffering from great pressure. now the modern competitive world seems to have worked on children alike. i do not think kids have as much fun as they used to. competition keeps getting in the way. leisure seems to have become a luury.
according to a recent survey, more than 80 percent of americans complain that they do not have the time to do what they really want to do, let alone enjoy the leisure time. it is a tragedy. we live in a constraint state, unable to pursue our interests.the so-called past pace of information society has made most people feel uncomfortable. computer, microwave, gimmicks and gadgets, all these appliances require far more complicated knowledge and techniques than ever before. and just to feel more secure about their relationship with technology, people make great efforts to follow the heels of the latest inventions, weary, reluctant and unhappy.
i know lots of people who avoid recreation because they lack the time or the energy.achievement is the national god, worshipped in our mediathe million dollar athlete, the wealthy ecutiveand glorified in our praise of possessions. in the presence of such a influential state religion, how can people ever "waste" their valuable time on taking up such "etravagance" as leisure when they could have learned or earned more during that period?
ambition, drive and the desire to ecel are all great within limits, but we should not allow them to be the whole story of our life.sometimes we should forget about doing best all the time, focusing on relaation, enjoyment, and health.for the purpose of not collapsing under enormous pressure, an occasional break from our daily routine is necessary. we can make stress work for us instead of against us.

A Major Advantage/Disadvantage of the Information Age
As everyone knows, the information age has brought us countless benefits, but when it comes to its major advantage, people may hold different views. As for me, the major advantage of the Information Age is that it makes it easy for individuals to have instant access to all kinds of information. In the past, for instance, if a student was meant to compose a thesis, he was supposed to bury himself in piles of books in the library, and probably after several days’ or even several months’ searching, he still could not find the materials he wanted. But now it is a totally different story. The advanced techniques of the information age have spared us all those troubles. What we need to do is just sit in front of the computer and search for our target information on the Internet rather than struggle painfully in numerous books. More excitingly, we don’t have to waste several days or even months waiting. Usually the information we need will be transferred to us in seconds. The information age can not only bring convenience to students in searching of materials, but also help people in all walks of life, save their energy and enhance their efficiency. Now since we’re in an economy based around the manipulation of information, I have every reason to believe that this advantage of the information age will play an even greater role in the future.

It used to be that people who played sports were gentlemen but today we find that sportsmanship is becoming rarer. Some players cheat, take drugs, win at all costs and in football professional fouls are increasing. Write about the importance of sportsmanship.
Good Sportsmanship Is of Vital Importance
Sportsmanship is a great tradition in sports and competitions that means playing clean and handling both victory and defeat with grace, style, and dignity. Today, quite a few athletes lack sportsmanship. I personally hold that good sportsmanship is of vital importance for both the athletes themselves and their offspring.
Firstly, practicing good sportsmanship wins respect. When you win, the trick is to be a gracious and generous winner. Good sportsmanship means acknowledging victories without humiliating opponents, being quietly proud of success, and letting victories speak for themselves. Even if you win by a landslide, good sportsmanship means still finding ways to compliment your opponents. By demonstrating your respect to your opponents, you win respect from them too. Secondly, good sportsmanship teaches children how they should behave. Kids learn the basics of sportsmanship from the adults in their lives, especially their parents and their coaches. Kids who see adults behavin in a sportsmanlike way gradually come to understand that the real winners in sports are those who know how to persevere and to behave with dignity-whether they win or lose a game. A child who practices good sportsmanship is likely to carry the respect and appreciation of other people into every other aspect of life.
In conclusion, sportsmanship is a manifestation of our own ethics in real life. For the sake of sportsmen themselves and the generation to come, good sportsmanship should be highly advocated. (235 words)

Skippingclasses is quite common in college campus in that students have more freedom oncollege than ever before. But why do they want to skip classes? Differentstudents have different reasons concerning it.
Thereare some reasons given by some students. First, some students skip theirclasses just because they don’t like the classes. They think that some classesare quite boring and time-wasting, as well as they can’t learn a lot from theclasses. Therefore, they skip this kind of classes to study individually. Thisis one of the reasons for high absence rate in some public courses. Second, many students skip their classes because they lack of self-discipline and areindulged in other things, such as playing online games. They cannot controlthemselves well and finally lost their aim and motivation to learn. Inaddition, oversleeping and being ill are also the reasons for class absence. They consider that their absence will not be noticed if they teachers don’tcall over.
Thereare various reasons for skipping classes, but as far as I am concerned, skipping classes should not be advocated because students always can learnsomething from each class, no matter how boring the class is. In addition, skipping classes is a kind of waste of money. What’s more, attending classes isalso a kind of respect for our teachers. Therefore, please attend each class asmuch as possible.

Extravagant Spending on College Campus
According to a survey, in recent years the monthly expenditure of a college student has been on the sharp rise. Many college students spend money like water and have no concept of thrift in their mind. They take it for granted that they spend money from their parents before they enter into the society. This extravagant spending is mainly caused by the following factors.
First of all, nowadays most of students are the only children of their families. They are the apple in their family’s eyes and naturally get more care and pocket money. Secondly, with the improvement of living standard, parents can afford higher expenditure of their children. Thirdly, some students like to pursue fashion and trends, which tends to need more money. Finally, campus love is also a possible factor causing extravagant spending.
From my point of view, a college student, as a pure consumer, should learn to be thrifty. We should not limit our expenditure on daily necessities but not buy whatever we want regardless of their prices. The habit of thrift can help us form right values and is favorable to our future development.

Many people believe that money is the most important thing in life. It seems impossible to live without money in today’s society. With money, people can buy bigger house, fancy cloths, expensive food, luxurious cars and travel all around the world. Money leads to a better life and ensure people’s basic needs. Money is also stand for wealth and social status. If one makes countless money, then he is a successful man. As to some young girls, money is the only measure to access a man. If a man has a new apartment and a new car, he will be the “hot stuff” in the girls’ eye. They marry for money rather than for love. Just like the old Chinese saying goes, money makes the mare go. Making more money has become a major goal in the eye of some people. They value money more than anything else in the world.
Different people have different opinions of money. Some people spare no effort to make money, such as stealing, gambling and cheating. They believe money can bring them everything. However, I don’t think money can make people really happy or bring people everything. People can not use money to buy health. Steven Jobs, the founder of the Apple Company, died of cancer. He was a billionaire, but he couldn’t use money to buy himself a longer life. And money can not buy the time that already slip away. Money is also a tool for us to exchange materials, but not all the stuff. We should have a right attitude towards money. We should earn money by honest means and spend it probably. Only in this way, money can make us happy.
