　　My name is XX, you can also call me Eason,I has such an english name just because the pronunciation of it is like my chinese name. I graduated from this university last year, and major in computer science, I liked computer very much, especially in multimedia technology, and wanted to make some achievement in this field, but when I finished my school, I realized that what I had learned was not enough for this target, I thought it would be great if I can continue my interest in that, so that was why I choose to further my study with a master degree.

　　Well, in my spare time, I like soccer, pop music, and stamp, being a soccer fan, I always show my love to Manchester United and Ryan Giggs is my favorite. I also like English very much, and had passed Band six this year, but I do think it’s still a long way to study it, so I wouldn’t give up my English studying, and improve my oral and listening ability.

　　Good afternoon! I'm great honored to meet you here.Now allow me to give a brief self-introduction:

　　I'm *******,26 years old , born in ***** city ,HeNan Province.In year 1996,I entered ********University, majoring in Machincal Designing and Producing. During those 4 years'study,I worked hard and I was always active in various activities . I gained the first scholarship for four times and I joined the Communist Party at the college.After my graduation in June 2000,I worked in --------company.I got a position in the Technology Department the first year and I was involved in several internet projects, such as the one for College student Recruitment in Henan Province and the one for Computer Center in Mathmatics Department in Zhengzhou University. Owning to my hard work ,I was rewarded the Best Newcomer Prize in the year 2000. The next year, I was transferred into the Principal Customer Department, responsible for the Developing and strengthening a good relationship between the principal customers and my company .Two major customers, Henan Provincipal Department of Transportation and Henan Provincial Department of Personnel, are under my work. However,with time going on ,the more I experienced, the clearer I realized that I'm really interested in the Enterprise Management .I find many enterprises have the problem of an unmatched management to its developing speed . I'm eager

　　復(fù)試面試中可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)的失誤

　　▶由于精神過度緊張導(dǎo)致發(fā)揮不好

　　當(dāng)考生面對多位考官的提問時(shí)，精神有點(diǎn)緊張是人之常情，事實(shí)上，適度緊張會(huì)促使人的大腦反應(yīng)更敏捷、思維更活躍，但如果過渡緊張，則會(huì)導(dǎo)致精力不集中、注意力分散，從而使理解問題、思考問題、表達(dá)解決問題思路時(shí)受到很大干擾，使面試成績下降。

　　因此，在面試過程中一定要控制好、調(diào)節(jié)好自己的情緒，沉著冷靜、充滿自信。如果進(jìn)考場前有些過度緊張，可以嘗試做幾下深呼吸，使自己情緒平靜下來，也可以對自己進(jìn)行一些積極的暗示，說些激勵(lì)鼓舞的話。

　　▶不懂裝懂、偽裝掩飾導(dǎo)致失分

　　對于沒聽清或沒很好理解的較難問題，可以請求老師再說一遍，對于不懂的專業(yè)問題，要實(shí)事求是，既不要只是簡單地說一句“我不知道”就完事，更不要不懂裝懂、偽裝掩飾、夸夸其談、胡謅一通，那樣會(huì)給考官留下為人不誠實(shí)、不踏實(shí)、沒水平的印象。

　　一問三不知和態(tài)度浮夸的`考生最容易被刷掉，明智的做法應(yīng)該是向老師說明你對這個(gè)問題不太懂，但可以嘗試提出自己解決這個(gè)問題的一些思路、方向，因?yàn)閷?dǎo)師看重的是你回答問題的思路。

　　▶對所報(bào)考專業(yè)導(dǎo)師的研究方向一無所知，回答相關(guān)問題時(shí)茫然失措

　　研究生導(dǎo)師在提專業(yè)問題時(shí)，一般都會(huì)有意或無意地朝自己的研究方向上靠近，提出一些自己認(rèn)為比較重要或感興趣的問題。

　　如果考生事前對相關(guān)導(dǎo)師的研究方向、研究項(xiàng)目、研究成果、專業(yè)著作等有較多了解，則在面試時(shí)就能沉著應(yīng)對，從容應(yīng)答，相反則會(huì)感到一片茫然、手足無措，從而導(dǎo)致面試失分。

　　▶行為舉止不當(dāng)或語言表達(dá)不暢導(dǎo)致失分

　　面試除了考察考生的專業(yè)水平、外語口語水平外，還直接或間接考察考生的綜合素質(zhì)，包括溝通能力(或說表達(dá)理解能力)、邏輯思維能力、科研能力、心理素質(zhì)、特長愛好、儀容儀表等。

　　如果一名考生的筆試成績較好，但面試時(shí)表現(xiàn)得唯唯諾諾，缺乏自信，連話都說不清楚，導(dǎo)師肯定不愿意錄取。對于這些問題，考生應(yīng)當(dāng)適當(dāng)注意，并適當(dāng)加以練習(xí)，如對面試中常見的一些問題的回答可以事先進(jìn)行一些演練。
