Health is our most important possession, so we should do our best to maintain it. As we all know, good health is necessary to happiness and success. On the contrary, people who are in poor health are often pessimistic or depressed. As a rule, bad health means misery and failure.
As far as Im concerned , there are three principal suggestions for us to follow. First of all, we should adopt a scientific diet, which provides the necessities for your body. The second one is that we are supposed to persist in taking physical exercise , especially the people working indoors. Last but not least, we are supposed to stay in a cheerful mood.
As for me, in order to keep fit, I force myself to keep away from the "junk food" although it usually tastes good. Moreover, I even form good habits of doing morning exercises, listening to beautiful music and reading good books, which always cheer me up.
All in all, only by carefully obeying the laws of health can we keep ourselves healthy.

First of all, eating hamburgers leads to fat. It is known to all that all the hamburgers are junk food containing high calorie and high fat while low nutrition. If our children eat them often, then they will be gaining weight easily. What’s worse, they will be dystrophic so as to affect body development.
Secondly, eating hamburgers often will cause cancer. Most hamburgers are fried food. It is investigated that if we eat fried food often, then we will be easy to get cancer.
All in all, though hamburgers are popular around the world, they are classified into the circle of junk food because it will lead to fat and even cause cancer if our children eat too many. So, we shouldn’t take our children to eat hamburgers.

What surprised me most was that some classmates warned me not to do it again as the family might mistake me for the offender. Just imagine how the students there need help and that schools should be built so that students can return to classes soon.
People all over the world are trying their best to help them, not excepting us. Here Students’ Union calls on everyone to give away your old clothes and pocket money and bring your used books, mp3s or something else to sell in the bring-and-buy sale. All the materials and the money to be collected will be sent to the earthquake stricken areas as soon as possible. My fellow friends, “blood is thicker than water”(血濃于水). Please donate your love and give out your hands without hesitation.

As new technology is creating new gadgets, so are people raising new demands. They also hamper academics. Buy a mobile phone but use it for something productive.

However, in my opinion, I think we can believe in specialists as long as they are honest, and the products they recommend to us are proved to be good.

First of all, there are more than a few fake specialists in China. These fake specialists pretend to be professional in the public. Some of the immoral advertisers use money to hire the fake specialists to be their products spokesmen. Then the consumer will fall for the beautiful lies the so called specialists tell them. The truth is that the real specialists are forbidden to take up these kinds of ads; they should stay in their labs and do experiments. Second, the real specialists are quite intelligent and they are able to solve many problems. They can teach us lots of knowledge that we ever learn from the textbooks. For instance, they may teach us how to stay in good health through eating particular food, or the effective way to reduce stress. The most important thing is the words they say are proved to be true. In this case, we can believe in the specialists.
首先，中國(guó)冒牌的專家不在少數(shù)。這些冒牌專家在公眾場(chǎng)合假裝自己很專業(yè)。一些不道德的廣告商甚至用錢收買這些專家，把他們作為自己產(chǎn)品的代言人。消費(fèi)者就會(huì)跌入到這些所謂的專家的編織的謊言里。真相是真正的專家是禁止代言廣告的。他們應(yīng)該待在實(shí)驗(yàn)室做實(shí)驗(yàn)。其次，真正的專家非常的聰明可以解決很多難題。他們教會(huì)我們很多課本上學(xué)不到的東西。例如，他們教我們吃特定的食物來(lái)保持身體健康，或者是減壓的有效方法。最重要的是，這些方法被認(rèn)為是有效果的。在這種情況下，我們才能夠相信專家。
I think the rational people can tell the different between fake and real specialists. If you see the specialist on the TV to sell medicine in an extremely high price, don’t trust them. If they offer you practical advices, then you will know they are real.
我想理智的人們可以辨別出那些專家是真的，哪些又是冒牌的。如果你在電視廣告上看到那些賣高價(jià)藥品的專家，別相信他們。如果他們給你提供了實(shí)用性的建議，你會(huì)知道那些是真的。
