從錯誤中學(xué)習(xí)的英語短文
As Goethe says, “man errs so long as hestrives”, no one can avoid making mistakes. Therefore, what we need to do is torecognize and revise our mistakes and learn from them.
正如歌德所說：“人只要奮斗就會犯錯誤”，任何人都會犯錯。因此，我們需要做的是承認(rèn)錯誤，改正錯誤，并從中學(xué)習(xí)。
For one thing, from mistakes, we learn tobe more careful and observant. Small though a mistake is, it can destroy thewhole plan that we are engaged in. Therefore, in the process of findingmistakes, we are also shaping our characteristics of carefulness andcautiousness and strengthen our capacity of observation. We understand thatsuccess consists of details and we could not ignore the smallest mistakes.
一方面，從錯誤中，我們要學(xué)會更加細(xì)心，學(xué)會觀察入微。一個錯誤再小，但也能破壞我們從事的整個計(jì)劃。因此，在發(fā)現(xiàn)錯誤的過程中，我們同時(shí)也在形成細(xì)心謹(jǐn)慎的性格，加強(qiáng)我們的觀察能力。我們會明白成功是由細(xì)節(jié)組成的，我們不能忽視哪怕是最小的錯誤。
For another, the process of finding andrevising mistakes is also a process of changing our way of thinking. In many cases,we find that our mistakes are not in what we have done, but in the methods wehave used. Thus, when we find that we are wrong, we would try another way tocarry out our plan. In this process, we are trying to think in other ways andour capacity of thinking is also improved.
另一方面，發(fā)現(xiàn)錯誤、改正錯誤的過程也是改變我們的思考方式的`過程。在很多情況下，我們發(fā)現(xiàn)我們的錯誤并不在于我們所做的事情，而在于我們所使用的方式。因此，當(dāng)我們發(fā)現(xiàn)我們犯了錯，我們就會嘗試另外的方法來實(shí)施我們的計(jì)劃。在這個過程中，我們試著用另外的方式思考，我們的思考能力同時(shí)也得到了提高。
In a word, mistakes are inevitable but wehave to take a proper attitude towards them. And making mistakes is not totallya bad thing because we can learn some enlightenment from it.
總之，錯誤是不可避免的，但是我們要采取正確的態(tài)度去對待。同時(shí)犯錯也不完全就是壞事，因?yàn)槲覀兛梢詮闹袑W(xué)到一些啟示。
