尊敬的各位老師,上午好
我是來(lái)自XX專(zhuān)業(yè)201x級(jí)的研究生XX,很榮幸能夠參加今天的轉(zhuǎn)博面試,下面我將對(duì)我的基本情況做一下簡(jiǎn)單的自我介紹:
我是20xx年進(jìn)入咱們山東大學(xué)XX專(zhuān)業(yè),大學(xué)第一課專(zhuān)業(yè)介紹時(shí),劉老師跟我們說(shuō)“XX是結(jié)合理、工、醫(yī),跨度非常大的專(zhuān)業(yè)”,當(dāng)時(shí)就對(duì)這個(gè)具有前景的領(lǐng)域產(chǎn)生了濃厚的興趣,大學(xué)四年,學(xué)習(xí)為主,除了學(xué)好專(zhuān)業(yè)課之外,還跟其他人組隊(duì)一起參加過(guò)單片機(jī)比賽等比賽,將書(shū)本知識(shí)運(yùn)用到實(shí)際開(kāi)發(fā)中,另外還擔(dān)任學(xué)生會(huì)部長(zhǎng)以及班干部,獲得過(guò)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金,評(píng)為優(yōu)秀團(tuán)員以及優(yōu)秀班干部。到大四時(shí),以?xún)?yōu)異成績(jī)保送咱們山大的XX201x級(jí)學(xué)術(shù)學(xué)位碩士研究生。
201x年開(kāi)始研究生學(xué)習(xí),研一期間,除了上課之外,還參與導(dǎo)師的課題,主要做便攜式人體心電的采集以及傳輸方面的工作,具有了一定的科研能力,各方面表現(xiàn)不錯(cuò),研一期間的平均成績(jī)?cè)趯?zhuān)業(yè)名列前茅。
目前咱們國(guó)家市場(chǎng)上的醫(yī)療儀器主要依賴(lài)于進(jìn)口,所以我想繼續(xù)在生物醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域做出點(diǎn)成績(jī),進(jìn)而為這個(gè)朝陽(yáng)產(chǎn)業(yè)貢獻(xiàn)自己的力量,再者從自身發(fā)展角度考慮,我覺(jué)得相對(duì)于明年直接工作,讀博對(duì)于我將來(lái)的發(fā)展更有利,另外我性格比較沉穩(wěn),敢于挑戰(zhàn),喜歡鉆研,所以我覺(jué)得自己從性格方面來(lái)說(shuō),也是比較適合做科研,所以我想申請(qǐng)這次的碩博連讀機(jī)會(huì),提高自己的知識(shí)水平和能力,希望各位老師能夠給予我繼續(xù)深造的機(jī)會(huì)。

篇二:自我介紹寶典
當(dāng)面試考官隨便地間你:“談?wù)勀阕约旱那闆r如何?”這是面試中的第一個(gè)問(wèn)題。此刻,你應(yīng)把在此之前所有緊張不安的情緒穩(wěn)定下來(lái)。因?yàn)檫@個(gè)問(wèn)題,應(yīng)試者已經(jīng)做了充分的準(zhǔn)備,并且有足夠的信心和勇氣相信自己能回答好這個(gè)問(wèn)題。
1、自我介紹的內(nèi)容
首先請(qǐng)報(bào)出自己的姓名和身份?赡軕(yīng)試者與面試考官打招呼時(shí),已經(jīng)將此告訴了對(duì)方,而且考官們完全可以從你的報(bào)名表、簡(jiǎn)歷等材料中了解這些情況,但仍請(qǐng)你主動(dòng)提及。這是禮貌的需要,還可以加深考官對(duì)你的印象。
其次,你可以簡(jiǎn)單地介紹一下你的學(xué)歷、工作經(jīng)歷等基本個(gè)人情況。請(qǐng)?zhí)峁┙o考官關(guān)于你個(gè)人情況的基本的、完整的信息,如:學(xué)歷、工作經(jīng)歷、家庭概況、興趣愛(ài)好、理想與報(bào)負(fù)等。這部分的陳述務(wù)必簡(jiǎn)明扼要、抓住要點(diǎn)。例如介紹自己的學(xué)歷,一般只需談本專(zhuān)科以上的學(xué)歷。工作單位如果多,選幾個(gè)有代表性的或者你認(rèn)為重要的介紹,就可以了,但這些內(nèi)容一定要和面試及應(yīng)考職位有關(guān)系。請(qǐng)保證敘述的線索清晰,一個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)混亂、內(nèi)容過(guò)長(zhǎng)的開(kāi)場(chǎng)自,會(huì)給考官們留下雜亂無(wú)章、個(gè)性不清晰的印象,并且讓考官倦怠,削弱對(duì)繼續(xù)進(jìn)行的面試的興趣和注意力。
應(yīng)試者還要注意這部份內(nèi)容應(yīng)與個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷、報(bào)名材料上的有關(guān)內(nèi)容相一致,不要有出入。在介紹這些內(nèi)容時(shí),應(yīng)避免書(shū)面語(yǔ)言的嚴(yán)整與拘束,而使用靈活的口頭語(yǔ)進(jìn)行組織。這些個(gè)人基本情況的介紹沒(méi)有對(duì)或錯(cuò)的問(wèn)題——都屬于中性問(wèn)題,但如果因此而大意就不妥了。
接下來(lái)由這部份個(gè)人基本情況,自然地過(guò)渡到一兩個(gè)自己本科或工作期間圓滿(mǎn)完成的事件,以這一兩個(gè)例子來(lái)形象地、明晰他說(shuō)明自己的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與能力,例如:在學(xué)校擔(dān)任學(xué)生干部時(shí)成功組織的活動(dòng);或者如何投入到社會(huì)實(shí)踐中,利用自己的專(zhuān)長(zhǎng)為社會(huì)公眾服務(wù);或者自己在專(zhuān)業(yè)上取得的重要成績(jī)以及出色的學(xué)術(shù)成就。
接下來(lái)要著重結(jié)合你的職業(yè)理想說(shuō)明你應(yīng)考這個(gè)公務(wù)員職位的原因,這一點(diǎn)相當(dāng)重要。你可以談你對(duì)應(yīng)考單位或職務(wù)的認(rèn)識(shí)了解,說(shuō)明你選擇這個(gè)單位或職務(wù)的強(qiáng)烈愿望。原先有工作單位的應(yīng)試者應(yīng)解釋清楚自己放棄原來(lái)的工作而做出新的職業(yè)選擇的原因。你還可以談如果你被錄取,那么你將怎樣盡職盡責(zé)地工作,并不斷根據(jù)需要完善和發(fā)展自己。當(dāng)然這些都應(yīng)密切聯(lián)系你的價(jià)值觀與職業(yè)觀。不過(guò),如果你將自己描述為不食人間煙火的、不計(jì)較個(gè)人利益的“圣人”,那么考官們對(duì)你的求職動(dòng)機(jī)的信任,就要大打折扣了。
這里我們介紹了一條清晰的線索,便于你組織你的自我介紹。為了保證結(jié)構(gòu)明確,有條有理,你可以多用短句子以便于口語(yǔ)表述,并且在段與段之間使用過(guò)渡句子,口語(yǔ)也要注意思路、敘述語(yǔ)言的流暢,盡量避免顛三倒四,同一句話反復(fù)說(shuō)幾遍的“粘糊勁,同時(shí)不要用過(guò)于隨便的表述。
2、自我介紹的時(shí)間
一般情況下,自我介紹應(yīng)該是三~五分鐘較適宜。時(shí)間分配上,可根據(jù)情況靈活掌握。一般地,第一部分可以用約二分鐘,第二部分可以用約一分鐘,第三部分用1~二分鐘。
好的時(shí)間分配能突出重點(diǎn),讓人印象深刻,而這就取決于你面試準(zhǔn)備工作做得好壞了。如果你事先分析了自我介紹的主要內(nèi)容,并分配了所需時(shí)間,抓住這
三、五分鐘,你就能中肯、得體地表達(dá)出你自己。有些應(yīng)試者不了解自我介紹的重要性,只是簡(jiǎn)短地介紹一下自己的姓名、身份,其后補(bǔ)充一些有關(guān)自己的學(xué)歷、工作經(jīng)歷等情況,大約半分鐘左右就結(jié)束了自我介紹,然后望著考官,等待下面的提問(wèn)。但也有的應(yīng)試者想把面試的全部?jī)?nèi)容都?jí)嚎s在這幾分鐘里。要知道面試考官會(huì)在下面的面試中間向你提有關(guān)問(wèn)題的,你應(yīng)該給自己也給他人留下這個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)。
3、自我介紹的重要性:通過(guò)自我介紹,主動(dòng)地向面試考官推薦自己,這是面試組成結(jié)構(gòu)的重要內(nèi)容,同時(shí)也是面試測(cè)評(píng)的重要指標(biāo)。
4、自我介紹的要點(diǎn)
。1)自我介紹是應(yīng)以面試的測(cè)評(píng)為導(dǎo)向。
自我介紹也是一種說(shuō)服的手段與藝術(shù),聰明的應(yīng)試者會(huì)以公務(wù)員考錄的要求與測(cè)試重點(diǎn)而組織自我介紹的內(nèi)容,你不僅僅要告訴考官們你是多么優(yōu)秀的人,你更要告訴考官,你如何地適合這個(gè)工作崗位。而與面試無(wú)關(guān)的內(nèi)容,既使是你引以為榮的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和長(zhǎng)處,你也要忍痛舍棄,以突出重點(diǎn)。
。2)自我介紹要有充分的信心。
要想讓考官們欣賞你,你必須明確地告訴考官們你具有應(yīng)考職位必需的能力與素質(zhì),而只有你對(duì)此有信心并表現(xiàn)出這種信心后,你才證明了自己。
應(yīng)試者在談自己的優(yōu)點(diǎn)的一個(gè)明智的辦法是:在談到自己的優(yōu)點(diǎn)時(shí),保持低調(diào)。也就是輕描淡寫(xiě)、語(yǔ)氣平靜,只談事實(shí),別用自己的主觀評(píng)論。同時(shí)也要注意適可而止,重要的、關(guān)鍵的,要談,與面試無(wú)關(guān)的特長(zhǎng)最好別談。另外,談過(guò)自己的優(yōu)點(diǎn)后,也要談自己的缺點(diǎn),但一定要強(qiáng)調(diào)自己克服這些缺點(diǎn)的愿望和努力。
特別指出的是,不要夸大自己。一方面從應(yīng)試者的綜合素養(yǎng)表現(xiàn),考官能夠大體估計(jì)應(yīng)試者的能力;另一方面,如果考官進(jìn)一步追問(wèn)有關(guān)問(wèn)題,將令“有水份”的應(yīng)試者下不了臺(tái)。
面試中應(yīng)試者的自我介紹,可以讓考官觀察到簡(jiǎn)歷等書(shū)面材料以外的.內(nèi)容,如你對(duì)自己的描述與概括能力,你對(duì)自己的綜合評(píng)價(jià)以及你的精神風(fēng)貌等。自信、為人等是其中的重要的潛臺(tái)詞,應(yīng)試者務(wù)必注意。
