旅游團或者旅游者個人乘機抵達曼谷機場后，立刻到機場的移民局領取一張《落地簽證申請表》，每人填寫一份（每人的'簽證費為1000泰銖）,貼上本人的照片，連同護照一并交移民局。移民局在在、申請人的護照上蓋上簽證章，即可入境。泰國簽證有效期為3個月。
6、 另紙簽證的概念。如何辦理新加波另紙簽證。
答：所謂另紙簽證，是指代表使領館的簽證標示，或稱準許入境蓋得章。不顯示的護照上，而是在另一張有新加坡移民局專用的簽證紙上（僅限于旅游團簽證）。
程序：（1）有組團社將游客詳細無誤的有關資料（姓名、性別、出生年月、出生地護照簽發(fā)地和簽發(fā)時間）列一個表格，先傳到新加坡的地方接待社。2）再有新加波地方接待社為每人填寫一張新加坡移民局的簽證申請表，并加蓋地方接待社的公章后，將申請表格及擔保書（含擔保金）交新加坡移民局。3）新加坡移民局按上述表格，另打一張以旅游者的姓名的英文名拼音26個字母順序排列的正式簽證表，打上準入境的簽證標示或準入境的章，存放在新加坡的移民局的機場窗口。4）待旅游團抵達后，由領隊出示護照及團隊名單后即可領取新加坡移民局簽發(fā)的一張全團簽證。（新加坡簽證的有效期21天，在14天內(nèi)可多次入境）。
7、 中國出入境的操作流程及各環(huán)節(jié)注意事項。
答：1）、領隊應告訴客人遵守中國邊檢及海關規(guī)定，不得攜帶違禁品、管制品入境，也不得攜帶未經(jīng)檢疫的水果入境。2）、凡在《名單表》上的客人，需按《名單表》上的順序排對，依次到邊檢審檢護照，領隊將《名單表》交邊檢官審驗蓋章。3)、未上《名單表》的客人，自行持護照過關。4）、必要時填寫入境檢疫申明卡。
8、 外國地區(qū)出入境操作流程及各環(huán)節(jié)注意事項。
1） 到達旅游站或目的地后，辦理有關入境手續(xù)，通常稱為“過三關”即衛(wèi)生檢疫、證照查驗，海關檢查2）入境卡及申報單的表卡應事先填妥3）帶團出機場時，從入境邊檢開始，接著取行李至海關檢查，按順序辦理4）領隊如先于團員通過移民關卡，應回頭照顧團員，并請已過關的團員協(xié)助接取行李5）待全數(shù)入境后，經(jīng)檢查行李件數(shù)無誤。海關要求檢查時，請物主立刻開箱受檢，同時告誡團員切勿離隊。6）當海關檢查完畢即出關與當?shù)亟哟藛T聯(lián)絡，并將行李交其負責，然后帶團員等車清點人數(shù)。
9、 四核對的內(nèi)容及方法
答：1）護照和機票核對，包括中英文姓名、前往國家。2）機票和行程的核對，包括國際段和國內(nèi)段行程、日期、航班、間隔時間等。3）護照與名單表的核對，各項一一對應，核對好實際出境旅游的人數(shù)與《團隊名單表》一致。4）護照內(nèi)容核對，包括正文頁與出境卡項目一致，出境卡兩項是否有黃卡，是否與去前往國相符，簽證的有效期、簽證水印及簽字等
10、 游客在國外丟失了護照，領隊應如何處理？
1）首先，由當?shù)氐膶в螀f(xié)助到地方接待社開具護照遺失證明，然后持當?shù)亟哟绲倪z失證明盡快地到就近警察局報案，取得警察機構(gòu)開具的具有法律效力的報案證明2）持當?shù)鼐鞕C構(gòu)的報案證明和遺失者照片及旅行團的護照資料（即團隊名單表）到中國駐在國的使領館辦理新的護照（或者臨時通行證）3）持取得的新護照或臨時通行證及有關資料到所在國的移民局辦理簽證。辦理上述手續(xù)的費用完全由旅游者自理。
11、領隊在境外安排住宿時應掌握哪里工作要點？
1） 盡快辦理房間登記手續(xù)，記住每位團員的房間號，分房間鑰匙。了解飯店的內(nèi)部設施（如電梯、餐廳、郵筒地、地下街等）的位置，并告訴團員。2）分鑰匙前宣布領隊、導游房號以及房間電話號碼，告訴集合時間和叫早、早餐、出發(fā)時間。3）進房間后，對國內(nèi)重點客人應親自巡視或者電話詢問房間情況，協(xié)助解決有關問題，如有無飲用熱水，潔具等。

答：在境外旅游時，托運行李遺失（下飛機后在行李認領處————行李傳送帶上找不到自己托運的行李）的現(xiàn)象時有發(fā)生。這因由旅游者所乘飛機的航空公司負責。遇到托運行李丟失，應立即到機場失物登記處辦理行李丟失和認領手續(xù)。在領隊的協(xié)助下，主動出示機票和行李托運收據(jù)，詳細說明始發(fā)站、中專站、行李件數(shù)及丟失行李的尺寸、顏色、形狀、標志等特征（不需要講清行李內(nèi)的物品），并一一填寫在失物登記表上。在一般情況下，機場失物登記表處的有關人員根據(jù)失主所填的失物登記表，會馬上打開電腦查詢，而且，立即通知失主行李現(xiàn)在何處，并致歉意，然后在下一班飛機抵達后或者更晚一些時間將行李送到旅游者下榻的賓館。如果是終點站，也可送到失主的家中。如經(jīng)過查找確認丟失，各國航空公司按自己的規(guī)定（根據(jù)行李的尺寸或行李的重量）予以賠償。請注意，從不按行李內(nèi)的物品的價值予以賠償。這是國家慣例。

(3) 境外車速較快，公路安全靠所設計的許多交通標志指揮車輛完全運行。如自己開車，更要事先充分了解當?shù)氐慕煌酥九c交通法規(guī)以及與中國之間的差異。
