尤其是在半決賽中看圖說話這一環(huán)節(jié)。這個環(huán)節(jié)最能表現(xiàn)選手的英語運用綜合能力。印象最深的要數(shù)一名四年級的小學生，一口標準的發(fā)音，流利地表達，令在場的觀眾，選手，評委無不為他投去贊許的目光。要知道，“冰凍三尺非一日之寒”，每個人都有自己的學習方法，如英語專家許國璋先生認為：
學英語就要做到，眼尖，耳明，嘴勤，手快。只要多讀，多記，多講，多寫，自有水到渠成之日。學幾句干巴巴的英文是不行的...不要總是把閱讀的目的.放在提高英文上，閱讀首先是吸收知識，吸收知識的過程中自然而然就吸收了語言。
