一、背格式
小作文重格式的特點要求考生們在格式上不能犯錯，熟悉一些應(yīng)用文的格式和英文中應(yīng)用文的表達(dá)習(xí)慣。句子無誤是小作文得高分的第一步。
1、稱呼格式
1)對陌生的團(tuán)體負(fù)責(zé)人的稱謂：Dear Madam or Dear Sir
2)用于對認(rèn)識但是關(guān)系很正式的個人、組織或團(tuán)體負(fù)責(zé)人的稱謂：Dear Ms.... or Dear Mr. ...
3)用于對關(guān)系親密的`人的稱謂：Dear Tom/Lucy (or any other name)
2、正文格式
縮進(jìn)式: 段落之間無空行，每段開頭空四個字母。
3、落款格式
落款時可以使用下列萬能格式：

三、布局
小作文的布局上一般可以分為三段展開。
第一段：開門見山，直接點明主題。
第二段：擺出內(nèi)容，陳述原因，羅列建議。

四、語言
用詞準(zhǔn)確：用詞準(zhǔn)確是最基礎(chǔ)的要求之一。

句型多變：例如既有并列句，也有復(fù)合句，還有從句。
