學(xué)跆拳道心得英語(yǔ)日記帶翻譯
今天是我第一次學(xué)跆拳道，我心里既緊張又很期待。之前媽媽也打算給我報(bào)名學(xué)習(xí)跆拳道，但是我不敢去，我怕痛，更怕學(xué)不好。今天，我終于鼓起勇氣上了第一節(jié)課。上課的時(shí)候，教練教了我們跆拳道中的禮儀和一些最基礎(chǔ)的動(dòng)作，課程快結(jié)束的時(shí)候，教練還給我們布置了作業(yè)：回家給爸爸媽媽洗腳和寫一篇學(xué)習(xí)心得。
Today is my first time to learn Taekwondo. I am nervous and looking forward to it. Before, my mother also planned to enroll me to learn Taekwondo, but I dare not go. I am afraid of pain, and even more afraid of learning not well. Today, I finally got up the courage to take the first class. In class, the coach taught us the etiquette and some basic movements in Taekwondo. At the end of the class, the coach also gave us homework: go home to wash feet for mom and dad and write a learning experience.
晚上，我給爸爸媽媽洗腳的時(shí)候，媽媽問我知不知道為什么要學(xué)跆拳道。我回答說(shuō)學(xué)習(xí)跆拳道是為了鍛煉身體和保護(hù)好自己。媽媽笑著說(shuō)我只說(shuō)對(duì)了一半，她說(shuō)學(xué)跆拳道不僅僅是為了鍛煉身體保護(hù)好自己，學(xué)習(xí)跆拳道還要學(xué)習(xí)一種懂得感恩、積極向上、不怕困難、努力拼搏的精神。學(xué)習(xí)跆拳道能讓我變得更加勇敢，更加堅(jiān)強(qiáng)。
In the evening, when I washed my parents' feet, my mother asked me if I knew why I had to learn Taekwondo. I replied that learning Taekwondo is to exercise and protect myself. My mother said with a smile that I was only half right. She said that learning Taekwondo is not only to exercise and protect herself, but also to learn a spirit of being grateful, positive, not afraid of difficulties and working hard. Learning Taekwondo can make me braver and stronger.
我明白了媽媽的意思，我一定會(huì)好好學(xué)習(xí)跆拳道，做一個(gè)懂得感恩、勇敢堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的男孩。
I understand my mother's meaning. I will study Taekwondo well and be a grateful, brave and strong boy.
