很開(kāi)心也很幸運(yùn)能夠有機(jī)會(huì)回我的母校寶應(yīng)中學(xué)進(jìn)行我的教育實(shí)習(xí)，在這短短的兩個(gè)月的實(shí)習(xí)時(shí)間里，我學(xué)到了很多很多在大學(xué)里學(xué)不到的東西，真正地嘗到了當(dāng)教師的苦與樂(lè)，也深深體會(huì)到教師肩上重大的責(zé)任。在這兩個(gè)月里，我的身份不僅僅是一位實(shí)習(xí)老師，也是一名來(lái)學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)的實(shí)習(xí)學(xué)生，這樣的一種雙重身份讓我更加注意自己的言行舉止以及儀表態(tài)度：能夠從學(xué)生的角度出發(fā)，本著以學(xué)生為主體的思想，做好學(xué)科教學(xué)和班主任的'日常工作；也能夠虛心向我的指導(dǎo)老師學(xué)習(xí)學(xué)科教學(xué)以及班主任工作的方法與敬業(yè)精神，在完成我們的實(shí)習(xí)任務(wù)的同時(shí)收獲更多有價(jià)值有意義的知識(shí)與經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
聽(tīng)課兩個(gè)多星期后，我開(kāi)始了我實(shí)習(xí)的上課階段，第一節(jié)課是在11班上的對(duì)自由落體運(yùn)動(dòng)的研究，因?yàn)槭堑谝淮握嬲卣驹谥v臺(tái)上，是特別的緊張，之前做了很多的準(zhǔn)備，認(rèn)真地寫(xiě)了教案，還借了教室進(jìn)行試講。課后，蔡老師跟我進(jìn)行了交流，對(duì)我的第一節(jié)課表示了肯定，也給了我很大的信心，當(dāng)然也有不少的不足，特別是與學(xué)生交流這一塊，因?yàn)樵趯氈行碌哪Ｊ街赂幼⒅乩蠋熍c學(xué)生之前的互動(dòng)交流，而且在傳統(tǒng)模式下也是非常重要的。在與蔡老師交流之后修改了之前的教案。在之后的幾節(jié)課中，有了點(diǎn)進(jìn)步，蔡老師也提了很多的建議，在共點(diǎn)力作用下物體的平衡這節(jié)課中，我對(duì)知識(shí)點(diǎn)的把握還不夠，沒(méi)有很深入的理解和運(yùn)用課本的知識(shí)，蔡老師還跟我講了他自己對(duì)這節(jié)課的思路和理解，讓我受益匪淺。
在班級(jí)管理這塊，指導(dǎo)老師也給了我非常多的建議和意見(jiàn)，讓我明白了一個(gè)班級(jí)的管理制度是非常重要的，蔡老師用了兩節(jié)班會(huì)課制定以及強(qiáng)調(diào)了班級(jí)的規(guī)章制度。還有在跟學(xué)生交流時(shí)，一定要讓學(xué)生多講自己的想法而不是自己講很多，讓學(xué)生根本沒(méi)法接受，讓學(xué)生體會(huì)到老師是真心為了他好，能夠讓學(xué)生自己領(lǐng)悟到很多道理，而不是通過(guò)老師的灌輸。
