本科畢業(yè)生的薪資問(wèn)題的雙語(yǔ)閱讀

　　2013年畢業(yè)季來(lái)臨，對(duì)于應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生來(lái)說(shuō)，薪酬現(xiàn)狀也就成為了他們關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)之一。今年的就業(yè)形勢(shì)如此嚴(yán)峻，那么目前大學(xué)生的薪酬實(shí)際又是怎樣的一個(gè)狀況呢？

　　For graduates, the salary is always a crucial concern when applying for jobs and deciding whether to accept an offer.According to a white paper on employment in Guangdong province during the first quarter of this year, the average salary for students with a bachelor’s degree was 2,795 yuan a month。

　　大學(xué)畢業(yè)生在求職和篩選工作時(shí)，薪酬一直是他們十分關(guān)心的問(wèn)題。“廣東省2013年第一季度就業(yè)白皮書(shū)”顯示，本科畢業(yè)生平均工資為2795元/月。

　　In a nationwide survey of more than 9,000 students by China Youth Daily at the end of last year, the average monthly salary barely reached 3,000 yuan。

　　去年年末，《中國(guó)青年報(bào)》針對(duì)全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)的9000多名畢業(yè)生進(jìn)行了一項(xiàng)調(diào)查，結(jié)果顯示畢業(yè)生平均工資勉強(qiáng)達(dá)到3000元/月。

　　According to a report by CBN Weekly, a business weekly based in Shanghai, the third year of working for a company is when the salary starts to rise.But it also pointed out that 2012 saw the smallest salary increases in China, with salaries going up by an average of only 9 percent。

　　據(jù)《第一財(cái)經(jīng)周刊》報(bào)道稱(chēng)，入職一家公司的第三年，你的薪水才會(huì)開(kāi)始起跳。但該報(bào)道也指出，2012年是國(guó)內(nèi)漲薪幅度最小的一年，平均工資漲幅僅為9%。

　　Interestingly, after working for a year, 53.6 percent of employees are satisfied with their benefits package, despite the fact that the entry-level salary was comparatively low。

　　有趣的是，在工作一年以后，53.6%的職員對(duì)自己的薪酬待遇感到滿(mǎn)意，盡管他們起薪相對(duì)較低。
