it is important for you to learn some knowledge about first aid in your daily life. if a person has an accident, he needs medical care before a doctor can be found. when you give first aid, you must pay attention to three things. first, when a person stops breathing, open his/her mouth and see if there is food at the bulk of his/her mouth. second, if a person cannot breathe, do you best to start his/her breathing at once, using a mouth to mouth way. third, if a person is hurt badly, try at once to stop the bleeding. then take him/her to a doctor. if a person loses one third of his/her blood, he/she may die.

many accidents may happen at home. all parents should know first aid in order to deal with common injuries which may happen to their children. when a person is bitten by an animai, wash the wound with cold running water before he/she is taken to see a doctor. when a person is burnt, wash and cool the area of the skin under the cold tap for a while. then put a piece of dry clean cloth over the burn. if the person is badly burnt, take him/her to the doctor. if a person cuts his/her finger, clean it and put a piece of pa-pe-r round the cut. every bodyrshould know some first aid in order to save othe people＇s lives.

今天，我聽校長說：上個學期，有一個低年級的學生在河邊洗腳，不小心把一個鞋子掉到河里了，就去撿那個鞋，地很滑，人就掉到河里了，幸虧有個學生看見了，就大聲喊“救命”這兩個字，就有個大人聽見了，就急忙跑過去，學生說：“有個低年級的學生掉到河里了。大人急忙走下去，把學生救起來了，幸好還可以進行及時搶救。所以我希望大家都不要去河邊游泳了。

游泳時必須遵守以下的規(guī)矩：一、游泳前必須做好熱身運動。二、水下不明時，不要跳水。

今天，我和爸爸去游泳，之前我都是用游泳圈有的，這次爸爸把游泳圈放在了一旁，讓我自己游，爸爸看到我不敢放手游泳，就對我說：“你要勇敢點，有老爸在你身邊呢。”爸爸用大大的手拖著我，我用手用力的劃，腳用力地蹬，爸爸突然撒手不管我了，我一下子就像石頭一樣沉下了底，我一下子就站了起來，我還是不用游泳圈游，本想能簡單游泳，既然溺水了，我也不游了。

湖水清涼、酷暑難耐。每逢這個季節(jié)，人們都忍不住想到溝渠、江河、湖海中去暢游一番。然而，就在江河、湖畔給人們帶來歡快、娛樂之際，卻也隱藏著許多我們看不見的危險，這突然而至的危險，會使疏于防患的我們后悔、悲痛一輩子。

1、下水迅速救上岸

由于孩子溺水并可能造成死亡的過程很短，所以應以最快的速度將其從水里救上岸。

若孩子溺入深水，搶救者宜從背部將其頭部托起或從上面拉起其胸部，使其面部露出水面，然后將其拖上岸。

2、清除口鼻里的堵塞物

孩子被救上岸后，使孩子頭朝下，立刻撬開其牙齒，用手指清除口腔和鼻腔內雜物，再用手掌迅速連續(xù)擊打其肩后背部，讓其呼吸道暢通，并確保舌頭不會向后堵住呼吸通道。

3、倒出呼吸道內積水

將溺水兒童俯臥置于搶救者肩部，使其頭足下垂，搶救者作跑動姿態(tài)就可傾出其呼吸道內積水。清理積水的同時，先要用手清除溺水兒童的咽部和鼻腔里的泥沙及污物，以保持呼吸道暢通。注意傾水的時間不宜過長，以免延誤心肺復蘇。

4、水吐出后人工呼吸

對呼吸及心跳微弱或心跳剛剛停止的溺水者，要迅速進行口對口 (鼻)式的人工呼吸，同時做胸外心臟按壓，分秒必爭，千萬不可只顧傾水而延誤呼吸心跳的搶救，尤其是開始數(shù)分種。搶救工作最好能有兩個人來進行，這樣人工呼吸和胸外按摩才能同時進行。如果只有一個人的話，兩項工作就要輪流進行，即每人工呼吸一次就要胸外按摩3到5次。并盡快與醫(yī)療急救機構聯(lián)系。

5、吸氧

事故現(xiàn)場如果具備較好的醫(yī)療條件，可對溺水者注射強心藥物及吸氧�，F(xiàn)場如有呼吸興奮劑可拉明、洛貝林等可立即注射;現(xiàn)場沒有興奮劑則用手或針刺患兒的人中等穴位。

6、喝下熱茶水

經(jīng)現(xiàn)場初步搶救，若溺水者呼吸心跳已經(jīng)逐漸恢復正常，可讓其喝下熱茶水或其它營養(yǎng)湯汁后靜臥。仍未脫離危險的溺水者，應盡快送往醫(yī)院繼續(xù)進行復蘇處理及預防性治療。
